Great condition and very original but not an NCRS show car. Absolutely no rust in bird cage or frame.

OK here is what is not original:

Engine – The engine short block was replaced in very early 1971 with a factory warrantee CE short block (still 11:1 compression & 4 bolt mains). The block date code is Feb 1971. All other drive train parts are original including transmission, rear, starter, carburetor, intake, distributor, alternator, water pump and etc.

Paint – It was repainted ~ 12 years ago with the newer base/clear coat system. Paint is still in excellent condition. I have pictures of the work showing a no hit body.

Shifter – Replaced with Hurst shifter with original style handle (original shifter will go with car)

Steering box – I added a Borgson power steering box. (original box will go with car). I also added the power steering pump and pulleys.

Windshield – It was replaced before I got car. All other glass original.

Front carpet & parking brake cover– Only the front carpet & parking brake cover was replaced, all the rest of the interior is original and in very good condition.

Other rebuilt parts:

Trailing arms were complete rebuilt (new bearings and bushings).

Brakes – The disk brakes were rebuilt with SS sleeves, O-ring pistons new pads resurfaced rotors, new parking brake shoes with SS hardware. The Master cylinder was replaced with a new one but the original will go with car. New rubber brake lines and most of the steel lines were replaced with SS.

Universal joints – All new U joints in half shaft and drive shaft.

Tires – New tires with less than 2,000 miles.

Rear spring – sand blasted and rebuilt with new liners.

Engine & trans – removed last year and repainted and all gaskets & seals replaced. New clutch, disk and throw out bearing.

Exhaust – Entire new aluminized exhaust system

New fuel pump

Original carb was rebuilt.

Entire under car cleanse and painted. Frame on restoration.

A/C compressor works but there is a leak. I charged the system and it cools but the Freon leaked out. I replaced some of the o-rings but could not get to them all. My guess is that there are some bad o-rings or rubber hoses. It has a new dryer.

All gauges work. The clock was mechanism was replaced with a quarts one but I still have the original.

Radio works but reception is weak.
